Sales agent program and APS free license policy

Tradingpatterns.com has a sales agent program for those interested  in earning commissions or just obtaining a free license of APS Automatic Pattern Search.

Details: Sales agents get 50% commission for each introduction that results in a purchase. After the first five (5) clients introduced, the sales agent receives a free license of APS for own use.

Sales agent program rules

The sales agent involvement is limited to client referrals and , if necessary, providing assistance to clients in installing APS and understanding the program functions. In case a sales agent operates a web site or uses electronic means of contacting customers, any promotional material involving references to APS Automatic Pattern Search must be first approved by Tradingpatterns.com. No sales agent is authorized to send bulk e-mail on behalf of Tradingpatterns.com or bulk e-mail containing any references to APS or Tradingpatterns.com and such activity is strictly prohibited. A sales agent operates under a contract agreement and is  not an employee or representative of Tradingpatterns.com.  A sales agent is not allowed to represent Tradingpatterns.com,  unless a written permission by Tradingpatterns.com is obtained. Commissions are paid by checks mailed to the sales agent by regular US postal service. Checks are issued the first two weeks of the month for purchases completed the previous month. Commissions are paid only after a sale is made. Tradingpatterns.com reserves the right to refuse a sale or renewal of use of its products to anyone without having to disclose the reasons for the refusal and also withhold commissions resulting from order cancellations. Tradingpatterns.com is not liable for any disputes that may arise between sales agents regarding customer introductions and any commission disputes must be resolved by  the parties  involved only. Tradingpatterns.com reserves the right to change the price of its products at any time and modify or cancel the commission plans.
